Recipient details are provided with your confirmed reservation instructions.

Available for approved direct reservations.

Cash
Available by prior arrangement with the owner.

Do not send funds based only on a web link. Confirm the exact amount and payment instructions in your personalized agreement or direct correspondence with the owner.

Payment flow

1. Refundable security deposit
The standard amount is $300 unless your agreement states otherwise.

2. Rental balance
Pay the rent + confirmed cleaning fee by the due date shown in your agreement.

No payment credentials are entered on the Sealand website.
